The challenge
Courier and logistics businesses running deliveries by phone and spreadsheet lose track of where a parcel actually is, and cash-on-delivery collections are hard to reconcile after the fact.
What we built
SwitchX Courier gives every shipment a live, customer-facing tracking page through each stage — created, picked up, departed facility, in transit, out for delivery, delivered — alongside COD reconciliation and role-based access for riders, desk staff and managers.
